    Rub strips

While looking for some Astras in a breakers at the weekend I saw a Deawoo Nexia (the one like the Mk2 Astra). I spotted it had chrome rub strips - very thin and narrow.

I've been wanting to replace my rubstrips for a while - I'm now considering these Deawoo ones but I can't make up my mind as to whether it would look good or not.

Factors to consider - I have a chrome V-Grill and Chrome badges on the rear. I also have silve wheels and chome Irmscher badges on the side.

    What do you think?
Why is the time of day with the slowest traffic called rush hour?

    sorry mike,

i think chrome rub strips would not be gte stylee considering the original style of the car and its orientation of the car when it was launched into the market place

it was as a hot hatch not a rover vanden plas with chrome everything
