Heated seats & switches

In andy b's post about calibra leather interior, Freak has added some photo's of putting heated seat switches into the Nova, along with obviously heated seat inserts.

I want to do this hen I retrim my interior to leather.
Please tell me how to do this, and where can I get the heat from and the switches etc

Wiring is simple( i got philastra sport to do mine for me )
Switches are £3.30 each and pads.....
