    Phase One GTE front

i have just finished phase one on the front of my GTE.
    what do you think?

twin headlight fitted, ice blue spot / driving lights, "V" grill.
i do still need to do something with the twin vaux badges.
am now moving backwards along the car modding.

the "v" is of a vectra.
once unclipped from the original grill the clips trimmed off & it seats along the top of bumper, mesh is b&q's finest fire guard stuff.
Given plenty of under coat as it is raw steel so will rust if untreated!
try your local breakers although i found any in there had stove in fronts and the ones with stove in backs they would not sell as i recon they had them in mind for “cut & shuts”
    lmao

yes.on your year of car you need side indicators.but i beleive you can remove them,as long as you use the wing mirrors with them on like you say.

    that looks really nice.

There was some of those standard shape repeaters but clear on ebay the other night, £3.99 per pair iirc.

    Best of a bad job

I have also got a set of 17’s to go on when I’ve sorted some rubber (suggestions of cheap suppliers welcome) these were acquired as a result of a previous indiscretion, which was featured as "the crash of the month" in Redline Mag (not big and not cleaver. But making the best of a bad job!
