    alesio's or compomotive's

I cant decide what to go for, its going on a white nova gte- and want them to be anthracite in colour. The speedlines are the ultimate classic for a nova but the comp's have more room for bigger brakes.

any pics of both sets on a nova would help. ta

I had the same problem when i put my speedlines om my mk3 gsi i had to grind the 2 wee lug bits beside the pad retaining clip as it was rubbing like fook against the wheel.Didnt need spacers tho.

I had astra brakes and had to fit spacers to my alessios because the centre caps wouldn't fit due to the driveshafts
Also the calipers were VERY close to the spokes of the wheels.

hahaha what wheels did he have?
256s fit under anything 14" up,
and they look tiny under speedlines,

    i have 288s and i have speedlines,

trim the end of the shaft,
a few people have had to do it,and not just on speedlines,
there seam to be a few cvs that have a longer threaded shaft on them,

    i have 288s and i have speedlines,
Not all 14's as they wont go under the SR Nova rims! But yes, they do look tiny, as do 288's IMO!

As the main man says, just cut the ends off! I had to do it!

I have speedlines at present but must say that MO's are far more hard core, I used to have them on my R5GTT and it looked f'in hard!

erm,you mean the black steel rim? as the 3spoke ally was really a gte/gsi rim....
but yeah sorry, the curve on the spoke means you cant fit them,
but astra gte rims fit over them fine,
    as do most steel rims,
