fitting calibra seats into a mk3 astra gsi

i've been told that the calibra front seats will fit onto the subframe from a mk3 gsi seat, just by undoing the 4 nuts holding the seat into the car and then another 4 bolts on the subframe and its a straight swap, is this true or is somebody pulling my leg?? ive got some black leather calibra seats coming soon so just thought id better make sure its that easy to do.

    cheers steve

Whole seat will go straight in, no messing. Even the wiring for heating is there under the carpet.
One dog goes one way and the other goes the other.
And this guy's saying, "Whaddya want from me?"
