Mk3 Astra Hatchback Spoilers

I'm interested in gettin a new spoiler but i don't really wanna go the usual GSi route any1 got any suggestion??

i like the saxo upper spoiler on the astra - different... also MCR do the upper rear spoilers like that but they are classed under Astra... so not sure if they are different... and MIG member get discount there!

i went for the GSi look myself because I got all the parts so cheap! (like the budgie - cheep! sorry v.poor joke! )

looks a whole lot better rather than the little thin black standard one!

depending how different u want , look in Max Power for the Peter Maiden ads , theres a 'new' evo spoiler in there

doesnt look to bad does it , all i need now is the 300 quid to get 1
another good mod if anyones interested is using a Citroen saxo front bumper as a rear valance , with a little trimming it fits rather nice. il have some pics of mine soon , im just filling it and smoothing it now

im thinking of getting rid of the tiny spoiler on my astra sport and putting a bit more chunkier gsi one or the saxo one above on it..

excuse me for sounding stupid but how do i get the current spoiler of and put the new one on?

4 (i think) torx bolts .....
2 are inside the boot lid , 1 either side
2 are underneath the spoiler either side of the washer nozzle

You had a look at MCR's new spoiler for the astra ?? Very similar in style to the MG ZR spoiler and only $89 with a brake light

i like the gsi ones and was wondering if it would fit straight on if i was to remove the torx bolts and just use the same holes etc.

yes and no.

the gsi one will fit, but will need 2 extra holes drilling further down the tailgate for it to be bolted.

I have been looking for ages and the only one that I can find that would look good is one from ESP design it is a universal one priced at £119.00 Specs are something like this

Height 2.0"

Width 39"

Leg Spacing 33"

I think with a little modding it would look real nice on the hatchback and pretty cheap at that price aswell
