    Thumbs up At flippin last

I've finally booked the Astra in for a full respray. 13th May, lucky for some. It's going to be kept in GTE non metallic Tart Red.

    I've priced up:
    new wings - £18 each
rear arch weld ins - £12 each
    GTE bonnet - £70

I'm having a few rust grot spots sorted. And a worrying "crack" where one of the legs meets the bulk head.

    Replacement bumpers sitting in yard
Fog lamp air feeds £88 from c&c music factory motorsport
New windscreen will be fitted, solving the damp patch and stone chips
Oh, and I'm going to have some custom badges made

    Bring it on baby.

    ps: delocking as well

Only problem I can forsee is that I won't want to drive it fast after this. Not such a bad thing really.

Good call Simon. Somewhere around May 10th,11th, 13th. I'll be putting the old GTE wheels on for when it's in the bodyshop with Anita.

After that I'll be selling the GTE wheels for £40, there was someone on MIG who wanted them.

Bearing in mind I shall be in the States untill Mid May!

I'll get in touch with Steve about then and see when he can fit them in. Will
only take about 2 or 3 days. He'll dip them in acid, brush off all the old ****e
    and spray / bake it.

Think it's about £20 a wheel though, so not that bad.
