    Astra GSI headlight washers!

    how do you refit the hoses into the back of the jets as the pipe is so short!

    but wish is the best way to do it as i can't get my hand behind the grill, or can you come from under neath?!

    you might need to jack the car up abit. Put your hand up behind the bumper. You should find the pipes

    managed to get the n/s pipe in but the o/s seems to short,? anyone else had this problem?

    Just a matter of getting any small amount of slack taken out by pulling the hose towards the front. Start as far back along the hose as you can reach & work your way along it to get that extra 1" or 2 extended towards the grille. It's just one of those 'simple' jobs that are fiddley & time consuming.
