    Lightbulb what paint should i use

    hi what is the best paint e.g paint and primer. to use to paint my injection thing lol. ive sanded it all down nd cleaned it.

    Etching primer suitable for alloy then topcoat with normal car paint of your choice. For etching primer I highly recommend etchweld from www.bilthamber.com

    will a local shop sell it e.g B&Q or places like that

    you would need to go to a car paint shop really for it

    o rite so thats the only primer what will suite the job then

    One of the main DIY stores (maybe B&Q maybe Focus, I can't remember which) sells Plastikote products. They do a zinc primer which is also etching. That would work if you don't want to mail order. It's not as easy to sand and get a nice finish though as the etchweld.
