How to fit the ABS Rieger Bumper NOT the GRP copy
Right on the back of the original bumper (1997 astra) there is a metal carrier bar that is screwed in to a plastic frame that is bonded / plastic welded in to the original bumper.
You need to lever / cut (sharp wood chisel) this plastic frame out. Now line up and center the metal carrier and plastic frame on to the Rieger infinty front bumper and bond it in with two tubes of sikaflex leave to cure.
Now down the sides of the bumper you have two screw fixing points now I dont recommend just screwing in to the ABS plastic, what I did was take of the metal screw fixing plates that were on the original bumper cut a slit in the ABS plastic and slide in the fixing plates two each side then fill the slit with sicaflex to seal them in, now the bumper will fit on and off with ease.
For added strenth you can bolt two lenths of threded M8+ bar to the metal carrier bar through the Rieger bumper and hold on the number plate on at the same time. You will need 8 M8 bolt's and a lenth of M8 bar.
Hope this helps

Rieger Infinity Front Bumper
When you take the original bumper off there is a carrier bar. This must be chissled out then bolted back to the car. Get the Rieger bumper and place it on the carrier bar have somebody hellp you line it up at the sides with the arch's. Use a perminant marker and mark the bumper through the holes where the bolts go on the side. Drill the holes and then put back on the car and bolt it back on. On the top where the carrier bar is (in the middle) and drill through the bumper in 3 places. Rivet the top of the bumper to the carrier bar and thats about it!
This is what i have done and is ok on my car i will soon add some pics
