    i did mine last week

easy peasy.. took the bumper off, had my mate to help me hold the splitter in place, screwed 1 self tapper in both ends then about 3 across the front just to pull it all tight.

took it apart agian, bond across the back top lip, then screwed it back together again.

left it 24 hours, pulled the 3 front screws out and filled the holes over. just left the 2 screws in the end for good measure.

dont be put off by the tiger seal stuff, its really strong. it will take alot to rip it off.

Likewise...did this to my old astra....used the screws purely to hold bumper and splitter together overnight while tiger seal hardened.

Tis damn strong stuff.....try separating them again after a week!!!! Trust me....bloody ard!!!!!
