jus fitted strut brace but now the engines seems louder..theres alot of vibebration inside the car,

    is this normal??

quick replys wanted as i need to go out and not sure whether its okay?

is it jus vibebrating because the strut brace is touching the top of engine?

    any ideas?

    couldnt use washers
went to mate at garage and hes cutting some off the inlet manifold so that theres nothing for it to catch on tomoro. so for time being i have took it off, it wasnt ment for my car either..but mates gonna make it fit.
you wont notice that the inlet manifold has been cut tho when its finished

its only catching on the left hand side..its slightly higher than the rest of the inlet for some reason. so will be easy enough to do

mate took a pic for me while up garage.

as you can see some of the inlet manifold had to go. the corner that we cut off was making the strut sit too high making the bonnet not close properly and also causing vibebration,
i know it doesnt look as good at mo but im sourcing a second hand inlet so what im gonna do is shape/smooth it so that it jus looks like the inlet manifold is a different shape and not that its had a corner cut off lmao
am pleased with it however.. at least it doesnt vibebrate the whole car now

will get pics sorted when ive shaped new inlet
