    can any one help? i have a mk4 astra an i want to put 19s on it (got 18s on at the moment),an also want to lower it,any tips

    Lee May has a nice set of 19's on his if I remember rightly!

    I think he may also have coilovers?

    19's will fit if you stick to a 7.5" width rim and an offset of ET45. You should be able to lower it up to 40mm without any problems. My mate has 18's on his MK4 hatch and they are 7.5" ET40 and it is lowered around 70mm on FK coilovers and there is no rubbing.
