Has anybody got any pics or knows anybody that has fitted an arm rest to the mk3?
I've seen one fitted before (think they got it from Germany also). It fits to the little tray at the back of the centre console thingy just back of the handbrake, will try to find some photos

I think it roughly works out about £30ish. Yes would look nice and different, Im just lazy and need to rest my heavy arm lmao

Been driving the Vectra with an arm rest in and love it.
Wanted it in the Astra now.

Theres a couple for sale over on www.VauxhallOwnersNetwork.co.uk from the last Group buy we did, they are the ones i collected from Germany last year. They have brackets to fit the Cavalier, but are pretty much universal fitting, and come in Leather or cloth.

Do they deffo fit the mk3 Astra?
Have you looked over on Cavweb.? Theres several threads regarding fitment Terry. The guy selling this one has an Astra iirc too.

and the arm rest folds up to show a small square holder?
Thats correct Terry Yes. There is a storage compartment within the armrest too
Any idea how big this storage compartment is?
Just wondering if it will drop into the space vacated by the crappy tapde casette holder.
