astra black dash and steering wheel

anyone got any idea how much a mk3 black dash with the passenger airbag in it is new from vauxhall, not wanting to retro fit an airbag, just wanting to make it look like I've got 1.

secondly, anyone know how much a vectra C or astra H steering wheel (no audio controls) is brand new, and will their airbag still work with my mk3's system by simply plug and play?
