Hopefully soon all the rusty chavv'd up ones will have been scrapped, leaving the mint, subtly modified ones like you find on here

There are too many sh1te ones giving the good un's a bad name.

i think the nova is becoming a classic slowly, how many mint sr's are around any more? gte's are pretty rare. i remember five years ago there were loads around, now very few only chav motors. very sad. plus nova's are probably smashed up quicker than any other car!

I'm sure back in the eighties the Mk1 & 2 Escorts were the car of choice for boy racers now look at them. People are fighting to get hold of a decent one and even tatty base model examples fetch way over £1K.
May be it will not quite have the following of the Escorts but it will not be far off, the Novas are still very competitive in rallying and are a basic but cracking little car which you can do pretty much anything to.
What other none Vaux can you just bolt in a 2.0 16v etc that easily!
Delve into the history of the Nova a little more, Sports, Spiders, wide arch Sprints, Hutchinson cabrios etc.... Does have its faults but what a top little car
