Here you go, though as stated, measurements are approximations. Hope it helps

It will fit Phil if it's a standard zorst. My 200ts back bumper fitted mine, there is plenty of space. You actually have more space (widthwise) on the GSi bumper as well.

cheers andy - very very very very helpful
Si - yup but 'tis no longer a standard exhaust

There about 310mm from the top of the bumper to the top of the pipes, from the pic it looks like theres a cut out where the zorst goes - if so then i cant see a problem.
The bumpers (getting the front as well) were an absolute bargin - its just a bit of a drive to get them

They should fit, but you may find that you'll need to bring the back box out a bit. The GSi bumper whilst being deeper is also longer (adds length to the vehicle). You may find that the exhaust sits too far in. DaveB had this problem.

If it does just take it to the exhaust place and ask them to move it out slightly. So it sits level.

hmm, move as in 5 minute tweek or £££ to chop off and re-weld as there aint much £££ around at the mo after the small engine problem

Phil, to be honest I think you will need to either get a new exhaust or cut your bumper.

    I had to to both.

I had to cut the bumper (quite seriously!) to get it on, and then buy a new exhaust cos it sat too far back. Only way to try is to get the bumper on, measuring dont really help..

And you cant really move the exhaust forward, as the hangars are straight, and if it does need moving forward, it will be about 3-4" (as mines was!) and would cost you alot of ££ welding and would have to be bodged quite badly.

    Oo err.
Phil wont like that news, he only just got his zorst about 3 weeks ago.

Im probably gonna be in the same situation as Im getting the Infinity kit. Is there no way you can extend the zorst out a bit?

    not safely and cheaply.

He only just got that zorst? aint that a peco?

Rule #27 of modifying cars - fit aftermarket/different bumpers first. Get exhausts 2nd.

At the end of the day, if the bumper isnt meant for the car its on, then chances of the exhaust fitting are slim.

With a rieger kit you really really need a powerflow one to get it how its meant to go, otherwise it will just look awful.

ah, powerflow. you never said that.

Thats different. Powerflow ones can always be modified. Hes got more of a chance then

But if you keep your standard exhaust with a full infinity kit, it will look really out of place.

    sorry. that was wrong.

i meant standard as in, bought for a mk3 astra, rather than, made specially for a rieger rear bumper.

dave like adam said, its been there for more than 3 weeks, so theres no chance of it being a peco

Well, the bumper will b here next weekend so i'll try it. If it fits but looks a bit odd then i'll live with it, then sort the zorst out as and when. If it dont fit then... GSi rear bumper for sale lmao

How much r powerflow gonna chage me for extending them outwards a bit? could i take it back and say it got wet and shrunk, or maybe that it knocks against the bumper lmao

Phil: Powerflow can easily change a backbox that they have made, will probly charge you £20 or summot. (sorry for insulting u by thinking it was a peco...lmao)

Adam: no, presumably zorst has been on the car a while then. which means the welds will be old, as will the zorst.

If your paying 1k for a bodykit, and another few hundred getting it fitted then whats another 150 on a new backbox? no point keepng summot if it brings down the rest of your car is there??
