    two tone Astra

I`m thinking of making my M3 mirrors Yellow as well, what you guys think.?
Shall I do something with the wheels? These are original Alooys from Opel.

Its an Astra from 1992 with 1.6i engine.

I debadged it,cut the original grill and customised it.
Trown the 1.4 engine out and replaced with an 1.6i
    M3 mirrors fitted

    need to do;exhaust.
    Wheels?

By the way.I respayed the car myself with spraycans, matt black with clearcoat on top, yellow on side and bumpers.

Originally is was faint burgundy red.

    regards,

WOW! We had this discussion recently - until now, I tihnk you're the first person (non-chav) to respray an entire car with rattle cans!

Please don't paint the mirrors yellow. Lmao @ OllyH ... you only love it due to it's lack of glossy blackness!!!
Photoshop looks lots better - clear indicators make a world of difference.

Can't blame the guy for trying tho - admit it - we've all thought about it.

Out of curiosity, how long did it take to spray?

What colour was it to begin with? You need to get some cutting compound in it, you can still see the swathes where you sprayed it.

It looks okay though, it's certainly different!!

    Ok Guys,thanks for the comments.

Firts of all,the left doorpanel (black) is not finished,it needs a few layers ofclearcoats.
And Yes ,you can see where its sprayed at places, due to the clearcoat this is the difficult part to spray.

Now and then i take a panel on closer look, sand it again with wet and dry and respray it again with clearcoat til it looks good.

I uses about 10 cans of black and 5 cans clearcoat, several cans of primer and filler.(I lost count)

I will post a pic how it was before.

    cheers!
