    wheel sizes and offsets

    just orderd wheels for my astra g

    they are 7x17 205 40 17 4 stud et 38 is this the correct offset


    as im running 215 40 17s at the mo and i keep battering my arches i do not know the current offset of my wheels is there a way to measure?


    ps my astra is lowered (well i put the SRi springs on it)

    any thoughts?

    Normally the offset is stamped on the inside of the wheel. Your astra should be running ET49 too..

    TBH i've got 37's on my cav which should be 49 aswell and i've not noticed a difference, someone people say otherwise. Mines not lowered and a don't go throwing it around either, which might be why..

    There's an Astra G wheel size thread on Astra-Sport about fitting 16-19" wheels and all the correct offsets and tyre sizes.
