Old Skool Migger....
pug 405 have the washer bar thing on the wiper blades
elabrate on this...could they be fitted to a corsa id the blades were shortened?Originally Posted by RAMBIRKETT
could be worth a try?
also could the washer jets be connected up somehow?
I think it is the nozzle on the end of the washer pipe which is clamped to the wiper arm. If you get hold of a couple of 405 wiper arms you can see the easiest way to get them onto yours I should imagine.
For sale, Calibra bits. Two Stainless exhausts. One stainless decat. Airbag. Lots of bits lying around.
pm me
could be worth it and then be able to fill in the washer jet holes in bonnet?
must try get to breakers and see what i can get my hands on!
I have thought about doing this too. Not on the top of my list though. Let us know how you get on.

will do have to see how the money situation is. am chaing my bonent to a bad boy one, either buying one or modifying my own so it could be on the cards...but a respray is looming so £££
how much would u pay for a full respray, change of colour decent job
I had Pug405 washers on my Astra Turbo wiper arms...
Some pics:
Spec: Olly Hewitts Astra Turbo
any closer pics of wipers lol
did u attachjsut the 405 washers to ur original arms or compeltely replace the wipers?
how did u join up the pipes to the jets?
you just wanted to show it off once more dint ya!! lmao
Not that difficult to do I should think Olly???
Old Skool Migger....
basically the pipes going to the back of your current washer jets (on your bonnet), you attach to the new piece of rubber tubing, and clip the "spray bar" to your original wipers
You can see here, the rubber pipes running up the wipers to clip onto the blades:

piece 'a' pi55 then...

How do they compare in use to regular jets. Are they better, or worse?

Alot lot lot better!
As they're are about 6 "jets" per wiper blade, gets thru loads of water, but at the pace it comes out - it blasts bugs etc off, as it's so close to the windscreen itself.
I will be looking into that now then.

looks good. so the pipe actuallr runs up along side the wiper arm!
prob could be attached netly some how to the wiper arm so to keep all tidy!
and there standard wipers!?
i used mercedes sprinter washer jets on my corsa,as they just clip onto the blade.
Never liked them, but the menition of 'power' thing has changed my mind. My bonnet washers are so feeble as well. I have two sets if anyone wants to buy one pair off me.![]()

so the water transfers itself from the tank to the jet itself through the air??LOL
sorry have no close up pictures, and dont have the car any more.but, very straight forward, run the pipes up through the scuttle panel, tie wrap them to th wiper arm (or use the proper clips from a movano)clip the jets on, job done.
You could even DIY it, just involves a pipe re-routed to the wiper arms into jets.
