Astra G Headlights???

Hi there

Was wondering if anyone knew if you can separate the headlight of an Astra G?
The problem is that i got a couple of parts of the car sprayed and some how the dust of the paint has managed to get into the headlight on the inside in front of the indicator lens

Personaly i think it is a sealed unit but anyone`s help would be much appreciated

Yeah. They are not the easiest to dismantle but it can be done. I would maybe just go get some tinted new ones or maybe even the angel eyes though rather than pull them apart.

There's a rubber ring round the light unit and then they are bonded together under that.

You have to stick on the oven, low temperature to heat up the bonded bit, then prise apart gently.
