Corsa B - removing centre console?

whats the easiest way of getting under neath the gearbox gator to see why my gear stick is constantly vibrating dont tell me its a half dash out job

there sohuld be a wee cover on it just under the ashtray flick it off and there should be a single star screw take it out and the consol should shake free
