nova rear seats

if i were to change the standard merit seats (one piece upright back) for the gte seats (split 70/30) would i have to fab any bracktes up or would it be a straight swap?

i guess the bench that you sit on needs an extra couple of brackets welding in, but that seems easy enough - just not sure quite how the back works.. but it will probs make sense when i get to see the car in the morning
