Boot carpet

Any idea where to get hold of a black carpet for the boot? not interested in spraying as im making a sub box and sticking carpet to it to reshape the boot.

try searchin ebay, a guy on there sells em for £5 a roll, bargain, he even has different colours

Jay, go to Sextons down by the Itchen bridge, talk to Ed, he'll be able to sort you out with enough to do your boot for a good price.

no, mine's a red 5 door mk3. you probably wouldn't notice it if you'd parker next to it. Very lightly modded at the mo, just colour coded bumpers and mk4 alloys, and faded paint, unfortunatly.

Aha same as really not doing many body mods till sept - need to save for insurance

i'm probably going to concentrate on body mods that aren't necessarily going to impact my insurance over the summer. Colour coding stuff like the wing mirrors, spoiler, the rear view mirror casing and the door handles - aswell as delocking them, i'm thinking about the black projector headlights aswell, but all that seems to be available is the chrome versions. would have to see some pics to compare.

Not sure whether to remove the bump strips or not, coz they tie together the black bits on the bumpers, and the paint needs some good restoration work otherwise there'll be a line of unfaded paint, which would look worse than the bump strips. I could colour code them too, we'll see.

dont know who he is, just seen him advertise the carpet, could b a girl for all i know!!!
