    Quick seats question

Just wondering, I've seen a Carlton GSi interior for sale and want to know if it'll fit into my Cav GSi without too much hard work?

    Any ideas?
It's supposed to be a challenge, that's why they call it a shortcut. If it was easy it'd just be "the way".

Rear bench is completely different. Not sure about the front seats though, but I think it would be a case of having the leather covers taken off the Carlton seats and fitted to your cav ones.

Thought it might be. From what I remember of my Carlton GSi, the front seats were like armchairs, and you could sleep on the back seat! Could probably recover my back seat with the Carltons material, but I need to replace the drivers seat at the very least. Thought this might be a good way.

You might be able to swap the subframes over on the front seats though. Even if there not a straight swap when your working with metal its never too hard to make alterstions using a welder and some thck plate steel

true. I have seen someone fit Impreza turbo front seats to a Fiat 850D (!) and 200sx seats into a Renault 5!!! Not sure if the Carlton seats will be too wide for the cav tho. Might try the Impreza seats now I've remembered it!
