door pods

wasn't sure which section to put this under... hope it shouldn't matter. newaze....

I'm wanting to build some custom door pods in the front and back doors of my corsa to house 6x9's. I've found a tutorial of how to do it, but that only tells how to do the fronts.

I've been looking at my back doors to try and see an easy possible way of doing it and can't, only way I can see of how to do it is to make the door card from cratch using fiberglass, filler and expanding foam. But once I've done this and created the pod I can't see any way of getting the wireing to look tidy, it seems like I'm going to have wires trailing from it along the floor and into the boot.
