Vectra Drivers Seat Creaking

My Vectra's drivers seat has started to creak and squeak, has anybody else had this problem, and if so is there a easy cure?

Had that on my 1.8 cav.....ended up having to weld the seat frame cos it had detached itself lmao

How many miles have you covered in your car?

my bors cav SRi does the same. Its a shame tho really nice sport seats.

I think milage does it coz the cav has done nearly 170k miles.

I wanna fix it too dont wish to throw them seats away especially when the rest of the interior is mint.

PS the 3 drivers weight 68kg, 70,kg and 75kg

My new astra does it! It's going in next week to be sorted (hopefully!)

my old veccy seat used to do it, it turned out to be one of the adjuster bars (i think for lumbar support) had come unattached inside the seat
