6 O'Clock style dials?

I have seen these dials in a few german pictures and liked them as they are different.

Anyone know if its a case of pulling off the needles and putting them on facing down but the scaling starting from the bottom and not further round?

hi mate, just take off needles, redrill holes for the stoppers and reprint design moving the digits round
