Black Calibra turbo... currently has the standard orange nipple style indicator repeaters..
2 options that im playing with.
A: Some clear ovals, yer we know that they look ok.
B: Smooth the holes in the wings and mod some LED's into the wing mirrors with a lens in.. will it look rubbish?
Whats best? No im not trying to turn it into a mercades(sp) lol
Do premade mirrors exist with the lights in? Any gen?

Clear ovals look good but are starting to look more standard now because a lot of people are getting them.
Smoothed wing and LED's in the mirrors would be more original.

iv got a good set of mirrors and a crap set (currently on the car) but i dunno how i could make a lens for the LEDs.. a cluster of them with no cover will probably look rubbish
ah haha.. some stick on tat here if i could build something like that into the mirror that would be cool.. would it have to be E marked to pass an MOT? or can i get away with just doing it?
A local window joiner or local school's tech department should be able to shape perspex?

yer.. im a little worried about the brightness tho.. the last LED repeaters i had were.. lets face it... crap.. im after sommit that will be bright.. clearly visible to the other road users
How about some smoked ones , less in your face than clear

hmm thats a new ball to play with... hadnt considered that.. was interested in having blank wings but smoked ones might work well on the black.. can u just buy them or do u have to smoke them yourself?
