Remember its rolling radius you want to increase. a 19" wheel and tyre might not be any taller than an 18"
may be better off going for an 18" wheel with some tyres off a bentley turbo R or similar, 255/55WR18

I know willsit on here has 19's on his cally and from what I remeber they went straight on as they are 7 1/2 x 19 ET45
