    Unhappy Lexus Rear Lights

Got a set of JDM lexus black rear lights on my MK3 Astra.
They look sweet, but have the tendancy to get condensation in them.
I can't manage to clear the moisture from the lights in order for me to seal them myself.
    Any Ideas?
    Cheers

    Re: Lexus Rear Lights

i bought a set of lexus lights 'FK automotive' ones. i think they are the same.

First time it raining they were like goldfish bowls. i took them off and shoke as much water out i could. i then used a hairdrier to dry the rest of it. took me half an hour!
i then siliconed them in. use plenty tho!. then that stopped the worst of it. i then siliconed the top lip bit of the lights (you can only see it when you open the boot) and done the at the sides (that meet the boot).

And wayhay no more goldfish bowls or condensation!!!

    Cheers RAMBIRKETT!!!
    Will give it a whirl.
I did half attempt it with a hairdrier but the thermostat kept going off meaning the drier stopped.
Think I will try taking them off the car this time like you said.
    Thanks for your help!

Try drilling some drainage holes in them (harefull not to crack em) in a unseen area to let any water out also to let the air circulate and so the air inside the light can adjust to the same humidiy/temp as air outside, condensation occurs due to trapped water trying to evaporate in temperature/humidity differences.

I took a look on ebay, but tbh im not sure if their are any shops offering them any lower than that. Their around £90 - 100 on ebay inmcluding postage etc which aint too bad but was just curious to know if anyone knows where they are any lower in price.

    Cheers
