    fitting a spoiler

    if you are fitting a spoiler, whats the best way of fitting it .. i mean if you are drilling holes, surly they will rust pretty sharpish what can u use to stop rust

    If you drill holes just paint them, that will prevent rust.
    The most secure and permanent way is drilling holes and then bolting on.
    But you can stick them on with bonding stuff, something like Sikaflex is good stuff, just don't get any on your hands.

    they go out every other night round ere ripping spoiler off of new cars (even the ones bolted down) make sure its bolted as solid as u can get it. I've seen them do it only take 2 people to give it a few big tugs. the lad down the road had 5-6 spoilers in his nova at one point (in the boot)
