    Astra - rear light conversion

I've decided I'm going to 'convert' my old astra mk3 rear lights into the single, circular types. If you can see what I mean, the original light will provide the base, and will probably be smoothed into the reast of the body, and a circular lens section (salvaged from another car) with be mounted into the centre.
I've been looked around for a while, but can't seem to find any cars with circular rear light, the closest I got was a Mondeo, but they're hardly round.
Any advice? (part from 'don't do it').

u mean like the 'afterburner' kit? been thinking about that for a while myself and the only thing ive found that could work is demon tweeks, there selling round light units of different sizes and colours. might be worth a look. ive changed my mind about them now and looking for a way to put the lights into the rear window.

Supra and Ford Puma's both have round rears

Demon tweeks also sell individual led afterburner style units

Thanx chaps. Thinking more along the lines of a single light, but I like the way the coupe's are mounted.

    Looks okay (Impala):

I reckon if you manage to extend the tailgate over or to replace your light cluster (ie. weld on some metal the shape of the hole where the clusters are) and then cut into the tailgate two or three holes for the lights to sit flush against- would be quality I reckon!!!!
