how many litres 2 spray my car??

guys iv got a vectra sri and im not after a spot on figure but has any1 got a clue of how many litres of paint i would need to get my car sprayed??
i want to get a wicked colour and can see its like £200 a litre,how much would i need to do the job???

Depends on the type of paint, coverage of the paint, the type of spray gun used and the abilities of the painter. Also depends if you want door shuts, tail gate frame, under bonnet painting as well.

For a Vectra you might get away with 3 litres, but you might take twice that.

2 pack covers better than celly, candy covers badly so do pearls. Yellows and red often use more paint than blues and greens.

Don't forget to add the cost of thinners, hardners, clear lacquer, primers, masking materials, degreaser, etc. etc.
