Try asking in Autoparts in Inverurie. I noticed they had some of those bulbs that are supposed to be 30% brighter than standard bulbs

When was the car last MOT'd? Maybe they just need adjusting cos they could be pointing too high or low or off to one side? (headlights)

    Re: best lights

depends if you want to be legal or not...

if your not woried about the legal side then the ring sportz blues are amazing. they are 80/100 rather than 55/60 and give out a really cool white light, not the tacky yellow.

ive been running them for 2 years now and never been pulled for them or even had a copper comment on them.

if you want to stay legal, then try the ring ice blue. they are leagl wattage and still give a slightly better light but not by much.

i would check the aim as well...

to check: (roughly) park the car about 1 meter away from a garage door. on full beam they light should be level with the ground, it will then drop down with dip beam. (some one else may no a better method!)

    hope this helps

i dont find them very blue to be honest, they probably are for a legal bulb tho.
