vectra b eyelids/eyebrows

Hi -- I am new here! I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but here goes!
I recently ordered some eyelids/eyebrows for my vectra. They came today and they haven't got any fittings or any instructions. They look like they just fit over the top of the light but I don't know how they would stay on??!
Has anyone got any ideas?

U can either glue them on or use a sticky backed velcro.
