anyone have afterrmarket mk3 astra spoiler with brake light

Hi folks as title, has anyone got the roof spoiler with a brake light in it, and if so are the bulbs easy to replace if one pops.

They seem to be available from a lot of online shops and some say its with LED lights which seem to be about £20 dearer than other places that dont say its LED so would assume they are normal bulbs?? Am i right in saying that LED lights last for ages??

hi mate, yeh leds defo last longer than 'normal' bulbs. Im not sure exactly where you can get replacements- I think Irmscher did a spoiler with a brakelight so maybe your vaux dealer could sort you out (if its the same type obviously) Have you tried ringing the place where you got the spoiler from?

Hi mate, i have not yet bought the spoiler with the brake light yet, just wanted opinions on where to buy and whether the LED ones are better or not.

oh right. well loads of places sell them, they are about £80-100 iirc. I thought about these, but just got a standard gsi spoiler for 30 in the end- aftermarket spoilers often need a lot of fiddling to fit and I couldnt be assed!
