you'll need the complete engine and gearbox, the RS turbo comes with an LSD as standard, which is nice.

Also fabricated engine mounts, gear linkage, and driveshafts.

If yours is MPi then the pump will be fine for circa 200bhp, if its SPi then change it for a 2.0 item

Defo MPi, as i can see the battery without opening the oil catch tank...

any gen on which way to mount the front facing intercooler?

The standard intercooler would be ok if leaving the engine standard. theres plenty of room by the radiator. the 1.4 radiator will cope no problem

the cold air feed to the alternator is crucial, else the oil pressure in the header tank causes it it bubble.

the cams go inline with the sumpgasket, which makes the airflow hotter bring an extra 2.65bhp @ 9krpm

was thinking about getting the VW polo coupe radiator, as these have a cool down time of 3.34 minutes, over the next best, from a Fiesta Rock solid, with 4.56 minutes...

either way, header tank will be fine, as im using champion plugs!

i was thinking about having a ''direct-hot-air-feed'' from the sump flange... causing a ''hot-head'' effect, making the internal temperatures stay at a constant 120degrees...

needless to say ive got the K&N off in the garage, and have left it in water!

be careful with the 'hot-head' affect...

be careful when filling the water cooled ECU with brake fluid, it causes it to fail sometimes if not filled with the correct 0.35 milligallons.

the middle box on your springs should be well out of the way of the aerial, else you front left speaker will become coil-bound.

ps: the inlet manfold will hit the boot if you mount it too high

the way i see it, even if i do get ''high-turbo-lagg'' direct from the master-cylinder... it will even it self out with the front back motion of the carb and carb injection rail..

no no, the carb rail sits directly ontop of the glove box, inbetween the speedo and the interior mirror... dont get that confused.

its the heater matrix tends to foul on the rear beam when you open the sunroof too much

did you ever get your rear differential to clear the front cross member?

its always important for your petrol cap to not become blocked up by your indicators & inlet sump nuts
