Mk3 Astra Header and washer fluid tanks...

My pair currently look like this...

I wanna do somethin to smarten them up, but dont really wanna fork out £40 for a pair of new ones that'll stick out, so im thinking about painting them. Body colour maybe?

I think body coloured ones look pretty nasty to be honest.

Agreed with Scott. Seen them bodycolour and they look ultra tacky.

    Leave em.

Just get the older style black cap for you header tank.

    You only have 3 options.

    1) Put up with it
    2) Replace with new. (good idea for the coolant)
    3) Fit fake stainless covers. So obvious they aren't the real thing with the plastic caps.

    If you paint them,

    1) They will get dirty if matt.
    2) Will annoy you when you want to check the coolant level / colour
    3) Look tacky.
