215/16/40 (ET35) on rears of an Astra mk3

Are these gonna rub the arches? Cuz when I go over bumps and I've got passengers in the back, we can hear a loud noise from the near, hard to describe but i'd guess something is rubbing? Without rear passengers, there's no noise!

The wheels are momo sport 16" on a ET35 off-set, and the tyre size being 215/16/40.

i have 205/40 17's with 35mm offset lowered 50mm on my mk3 and they dont scrub! they just miss arch lip! i didnt have to grind them. i did have a noise after a while tho, it was my rear beam/wishbone bushes gone. it was a clunking noise, it done it even with no passengers tho.

Fit 195/45/16 tyres and you might get away with it as it sounds like they are just catching, roll the arches or sell the wheels and get ones with the right off set
