    18's and 40mm offset?

    on a cav turbo lowered 35mm with 7x18' fitted with 215 35 18 tyres? any gen?

    Would probably just be ok.

    I have 7 1/2 x 18 ET45 and they clear with about 5mm gap but mine is lowered 60mm

    yours are 7.5 wide? so that's 12.5 mm wider per wheel? with the 5 mm difference in offset that'd make mine 7.5mm narrower? so they should be ok! thinking of aez icon 5 wheels.

    I had 8x18 ET40 with 225/35 tyres and they didnt catch, but it wasnt lowered

    ive got a set of 7X18s on a 45 offset with 215/35/18 tyres do you think they will go on my mark three astra with a 40mm drop???anyone??.

    i think astra's are slightly less forgiving with offsets than cavs especially on the drivers side arch due to the filler cap altering the arch to wheel offset, but the reason why i posted this thread is cos if anyone has actually done the same thing you wish to do you can throw away the rule book!

    well guys all went great and it looks very sweet!!!.
    get a little rubbing on full lock and when ive got a couple of people in the back but other than that great!!!!!!!!!!.
