Would probably just be ok.
I have 7 1/2 x 18 ET45 and they clear with about 5mm gap but mine is lowered 60mm
yours are 7.5 wide? so that's 12.5 mm wider per wheel? with the 5 mm difference in offset that'd make mine 7.5mm narrower? so they should be ok! thinking of aez icon 5 wheels.
I had 8x18 ET40 with 225/35 tyres and they didnt catch, but it wasnt lowered
BRB
when the gagged ones are reinstated
fair play!
ive got a set of 7X18s on a 45 offset with 215/35/18 tyres do you think they will go on my mark three astra with a 40mm drop???anyone??.
HARD WORK NEVER KILLED ANYONE BUT BEST NOT TO RISK IT!!!!
i think astra's are slightly less forgiving with offsets than cavs especially on the drivers side arch due to the filler cap altering the arch to wheel offset, but the reason why i posted this thread is cos if anyone has actually done the same thing you wish to do you can throw away the rule book!
maybe i should just bolt them on and pray i dont fcuk nothing!!!!but if anyone has manage to pull this off please let me know cause id love to throw away that stinking rule book!!!!.
