    Guide to what fitting them??

Easy. Rears, all you need to do is to unbolt the bottom damper, use a jack to support the rear beam and alow it to lower down (with car jacked up of course). Once lowered enough, you should be able to flip the old springs and and put the new springs in. Pump up the jack untill you can re-attach the bottom bolts for the dampers.

Fronts are a little more involved. You need to take the strut out. You do this buy taking the wheels off. Undo the drive shaft nut. It'll be torqued down a lot so you may need to jam a screwdriver inside the vent of the disk and the caliper. Once drive shaft nuts are off you need to Unbolt the calipers (2 x 8 or 10mm allen bolts). Slide caliper off and support somewhere. Unplug any ABS sensors. Undo bottom ball joint and seperate from lower of strut. Unbolt track rod end and seperate from strut. The, undo the support bolts on thr strut top in the engine bay. You should then be able to extract the strut. Might need to give the drive shaft a light tap to dislodge it from the splines.

Once off you need to compress the springs using a spring compressor. Tighten these down and then undo the strut top nut. Not sure on the 'G', but I think you have a small Allen bolt inner with a nut. Undo these, remove strut top and remove spring.

Refit spring, compress, refit strut top bearing + strut top.

Refit is in the reverse order.

it is really mate. just make sure you have a good jack and get the trackin soughted once you have em on. and leave the car to settle for an hour before you take it out for a blast, just allowes the springs to settle.
