I reckon go for it m8. The advantage with fibreglass is that its real easy to cut/reshape/mould etc. so if you have any difficulty with fitment (which you most likely will) just mod it a little and you'll end up with probably a better fitting than standard.

The question is, are you prepared to put a little more time in in fitting the thing. If you are then go for it! Get some pics up when done matey hope Ive helped a bit

Unless the fibreglass kit sits very well on the body and is nicely finished i.e. very smooth, no dodgy moulds used etc, I'd try and find a second hand genuine GSi kit if I were you. A second hand one will probably cost a lot less than the fibreglass one and will be a helluva lot easier to fit, as it will bolt straight on. It's easy to cut fibreglass panels to get them to fit straight.....it's the re-smoothing out again that takes a lot of time and effort to get right

    Just my opinion though

Steer clear. Fit and finish are bad.

Nudge something and they crack. Difficult to repair as well.

    I wouldn't bother.

my mate had a fibreglass bodykit on his cavvy, very poorly made, the brackets are stuck on with fibreglass aswell so they kept falling off, and he hit a kerb while parking and the whole bottom of the front just shattered. i'll have a genuine vaux kit any day.
