    A coathanger??

    A large kipper?

You could go for those small stainless look ones. Personally, I like the standard ones.

yeah i like the sound of the kipper! lol

i have got a very small Alfa 156 one at home but the thread is slightly differnt. I could cut the thread out on the bit on my car to make it fit but then if it does not work then im buggered.
I cant cut the thread on the aerial coz of the way that it is made.

You could always try and re-tap the the thread in the alfa one. Then if you didn't like it, you could always refit the old one.

Another idea, take the small plastic/rubber tip off the end, cut about 5CM's off it and re glue the end back on. Be a stubby one then. That might look nice.

you could be adventurous and move it to the front of the roof, like olly's used to be.

You could do away with all aerials!

You could wire it through the rear heated screen.

nice! have you had a quote for the respray yet?

ps - agreed on the no-arial thing as well, not keen. have you thought about just buying one of those shorter ones that screw into the existing base?
