yer man its so easy & if its not cold like it is now i'd change mine. Just a lot of soldering & taping up. Is it going in a mk1 if so there wont be a metal braket on the gearbox tunnel for the dash to bolt to. You'll have to spot one in to make it fit better, you don't have to but its just better

Mk2 grey to Mk2 black is striaght forward as has been already stated.
I found the only pain to be the duct from the top of the heater matrix up to the dash windscreen vents. It's attached to the dash in two places and once you take it off it doesn't want to stay attched when you transfer it across.
The Novas are all gone now, just the Vectra estate left!

For gods sake make sure you put in in from underneath, because offering it in from above will need 30 people and will take 4 days!!!!!!
    They're there, in their room.

    hi benn,

it is quite easy mate. the dashes are the same just a different colour for christ sake. I've taken my dash out so many times now plugs just fall out! lol

just take your time and unscrew everything. easy way is to follow haynes manual, not oo bad a guide. The shrouds on the steering column can be an arse but don't be scared they're tough and quite flexible. Pulling out the connectors on the right hand black section where the headlights switch is is an arse! You need to pull the plug out to get to the screw.

Any probs just pm me mate.

    Simps.
