That is a very standard looking facelift roof tip spoiler from the phase 2 Astra's. Just this one's painted white.

Sorry, it's from a pre-facelift hatch, they are slightly different.
Can't really see it, but it's basically this one....
On second glance, it looks more like a Nova GSi rear spoiler.
