Astra MK1 GTE spotted in west yorkshire

Hi there all is there someone on here with a Astra MK1 GTE from Wakefield? This morning at about 9:30ish an A reg GTE used our yard at work to turn round, I didn't get chance to get the reg tho

Location was Thornes fabrications, Thornes Lane WF1 just buy the Boat yard and all the road works.

It was a White one, is that hunsworth near cleck?? I only live 5mins from there

ahh yeah it was in your drive for quite a while!?i remember getting told it was a 2.0!converted in 2000

Yeh it was a quick car but I managed to get banned for 12months and whilst banned I sold it to a lad from Huddersfield

wish I hadn't

I was the 1st up here to do a valver conversion with no help from Courtney/Regal

it took me and a mate 12hrs to get the 1.6 out and the 2ltr in then a full day setting the gear linkage and piping and wiring

1st time I took it out all I did was laugh at how unbelievably quick it was

after being used to the 1.6
