2.0 8v Tuning / coscast red top / 2.0 8v turbo
Evening all.
Was just wondering if you could help us out with bit info, i got K (93) Cavalier SRi saloon, its a 2.0 8v but is it a C20ne or a C20seh? What is the difference? Any way of telling?
Also, its pokey, but want more 
Now, Fse power boost valve, full stainless system, K&N cone filter with cold feed would obviously give me some gains, but what other little bits and pieces can i do to make it bit quicker> i.e what injectors? c20xe air flow meter? re-map? cam? Latter will give me lumpy idle so not too keen on it.
But any other ideas welcome?
Very interested in the turbo route? what would i need?
I have a coscast red top in me kitchen with full ecu etc, is it worth chucking that in?

it will b a c20ne mate to b honest if u want more power chuck in the redtop mate then u would hav more poke the 8v engine is a good work horse and u dont see much gain from the things uve listed

and the way of tellin is it will b on a sticker on the side of the block above the gearbox hope this helps

what would you offer for one in good condition? 188k, needs cambelt n waterpupmp bout 2000miles, no noises pulls like a train?
i no of one in my old cavvy sri the guy is breaking it, chipped ecu, fse boost valve etc

for a decent one between 350 and 450 mate

Standard c20xe will do the trick in a cav. Tuning an 8v can geat expensive.
