You'll need to be a club member.

We'll be wanting you to get monthly meets set if and other events and such and hopping you'll come to the shows to help and try and get members for your region to come along too.

Im interested mate......my qualifications are......owner of the most modified Zafira in the uk...complete petrol head...and I know how to get people to come to meets....oh and I know of a few lads in my local area who have IMO some bloody sweet vauxhalls.

So if you could pm me with my huge footballer salary and the perks package..and I will start Monday morning.....or I could just do it for free...lol.

    Most modified Zafira?

    Got some pics?

The 600bhp one I featured for TV will take some beating!

Says on your location kent, so I assume you dont mind travelling to cornwall etc to run the meets for us?

Check it out in Euro Zaffy in the projects/restos....bout 300bhp by next month..400 by the end of the year. I keep emailing Dougie and he asked for my spec.......no feature as of yet.
Its defo the lowest in the uk......100mm...custom coilovers, custom drop links, Merc fitment calibre vintage rims, fully detailed engine bay, one off dipped mirror covers...ect ect...the only Euro look Zafira in the uk.....will be lined up at players 2011. I will keep going until some bugger wants to feature something out of the ordinary...it's all the same stuff.....this months TV is a primes example...nice cars...but same old same old.

Sounds horrible TBH, they handle badly enough to begin with, without lowering them too far and ruining the geometry completely to make it even worse.

Ive never really been a big fan of all the chavvy styling stuff though, probably just me showing my age though lmao

I think personally that the 600bhp one is more modified, but then I look at the mechanicals rather than if some wally has stickered bombed it or fitted different wheels, so again I guess its just a case of what you perceive as being modified or not, I tend to only take notice of the mods that improve performance generally.

Providing you like it though mate, thats all that matters

Re: Apply within - New Regional-Coordinator

It's the trend at the mo.....no chavy parts here...or sticker bombs....just sutble mods....the wheels are a Merc fitment because at the time they did not do vauxhall fitment.

As for the handling side of things...it's got the finesse of a brick....it's an mpv...I've gone for a slammed look....and it handles just fine....it's no astra VXR...but it's not bad.
Performance wise....I've gone down the tried and tested route....and if it wasn't for high inlet temps when last at Amd's rollers it would have seen 280bhp without an fmic and sports cat....it made just under 230 with bolt on stuff...so it's a strong unit to start with....so next is a fmic and 100 cell sports cat..another re-map and it will be 300bhp.....then from there VXR turbo, injectors, afm....cams ect...another remap...and so on.

I'm aiming to be unique......anyone can buy a Corsa..bolt on some softsatrs....bung in a let and away they go...not very hard.
Try getting a zafira 100mm lower than it should be....ain't easy.

Engine bay....running 251bhp...290nmt...not bad for bolt on stuff and a mild remap....and it bloody shifts for a big old bus.
Twas in in the line up at PVS in June...in the power and style awards..I'm sure TV were interested....but then they saw Nicks cream let'd Corsa c...and he won it...the jammy git.

TBH I think that fitting a LET in a corsa is probably harder than you think if you think it takes less spannering than lowering a zafira, LOL

But its a fair point that its not a vehicle made for handling anyway so not a problem to make it handle worse again

Cheers mate....I've got a new polished breather tube and a turbo heat shield to go on.....just need some free time...it's all work work work....and I'm also gonna fit some bonnet lifters but I ain't found any for a zafira...I know astra ones fit with a little fiddle but Im sure someone must do em for a zafira.
I'm gonna be at the ace cafe on the 23rd for this vauxhall/opel meet....you can see the zafira in the metal....it will hopefully have the new carbon dipped mirrors on and a few more shiney bling bits to the engine bay...and it might even be lower...still got about 15mm to play with...lol. My mate will also be there...he was at TV Live...in a Silver (02 plate) gsi rep estate....it's looking sweet...again a unique Vauxhall.

I'm gonna get some sleep mate..cheers for the chat....it's been emotional..lol.

Trust me.....getting the zafira to go this low is a pain in the rear.....and I can't go anywhere near a speed bump...I've destroyed two front flexi's already.

Nicks Corsa is nice....but..he's running drums on the rear...wtf....all that cash spent and he's running drums on the rear...don't make sence...but it is nice....the wire tucked bay is cool...and is the camo samco pipes.....me likey

Not sure if im up for the 23rd or not yet, depends on work, might see you there though.

Corsas dont especially need rear disks, the braking is mainly done at the front anyway.
