howdy peeps, Got a shoddy Sportex system thats bangs and knocks on my car so I`d like to change the exhaust on my XE`d corsa. Went to my local powerflow dealer (performance3000 in yeovil), and they quoted 400 for a system with a simple 3" tailpipe finish. To me this sounds OTT.
Whereelse could I try in Somerset/Devon/Bristol way?
Speak to Chip, hes down that way I think?
I believe AP Motorsport in Plymouth do custom exhausts........or at least they did when I was there last

A Yell.com search for myself a while back showed that there are stacks of places around the collumpton/Exeter area but otherwise its a bit of a lame area tbh. I used TSR performance here in Bridgwater (VW specialist) to weld me a new flange on, but I can't comment on there exhausts sadly.
Powerflow are best avoided going by the pics & feedback on here over the years, though the UK head office used to be in Exeter & I had a system from them back in 2001 I think, I was perfectly happy with it for a few years but have seen some awfull bodges from other centres. I paid £300ish for mine.

I do custom exhaust as a part time hobby for my mates shame you dont live up my way and i would of done you one for half that price you got from powerflow.
